Born in Bombay, Maharashtra. Came from a family of artists and musicians. He was also a violinist and came to Delhi to learn sitar from Pandit Ravi Shankar. 1974 Executed Air India Office Mural, New Delhi. 1977 Executed Pakistan International Airlines Offices, New Delhi. Executed mural at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
