| GEORGE MARTIN P.J. was
born in 1973, Kerala, India. He did his Bachelor of
Fine Arts, Sculpture from College of fine Arts, Thiruvanthapuram
in 1998 and Master Of Visual Arts, Sculpture in 2001
from Government College of Art & Craft, Kolkata.
He has participated in a lot of Group shows like; Best
of The Year’98 –Regional Center Lalit Kala
Academy, Chennai n 1998, Sculpture 2000, Organized by
Gorkey Sadan, Kolkata, Chroma – Norwegian /Indian
Exhibition at The Visual Art Gallery, India Habitat
Center, New Delhi in 2002, Migration, City, Home –At
Birla Academy of Art And Culture, Kolkata, Organized
by Regional Center of National Academy of Art, Kolkata
in 2003, ‘Chroma’ Indisk/Norsk Kunst I Gatene
–Bergen/ Norway, Curators Uldal/Byrkjeland in
2003, The making of India –organized by Sahamat,
a Traveling Exhibition in Delhi Rabindra Bhavan in 2004
and Conflicts & Dualities, Nature Morte Art Gallery,
New Delhi, India also in 2004. The artist lives and
works in Delhi.
